การใช้งานโปรแกรม Acronis True Image Enterprise Server

โปรแกรม Acronis True Image Enterprise Server 8.0 เป็นโปรแกรม Backup คล้าย Ghost แต่ที่ผมชอบคือ มันรองรับ Fat ของทุก Windows และสามารถทำแผ่น Boot ได้ด้วย ซึ่งใน Norton Ghost 2003 ไม่ Support กับ Fat NTFS แต่ปัจจุบัน Norton Ghost ก็อยู่ที่เวอร์ชั่น 10 แล้วแต่ผมก็ยังใช้ Acronis True Image Enterprise Server เหมือนเดิม และเช่นกันครับ Acronis True Image ก็อยู่ที่เวอร์ชั่น 9.0 แต่ที่ผมนำมาเสนออยู่ที่เวอร์ชั่น 8.0 ครับ

ก่อนอื่นก็ให้ดาวน์โหลดโปรแกรมตาม Link นี้ครับซึ่ง LinK ข้างล่างนี้เป็นของ เวอร์ชั่น 9.0 ครับ

InFo : ในเวอร์ชั่น 9.0 รองรับ Fat ของ Linux ด้วยซึ่งนับว่ามีดีทีเดียว และคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ มีดังนี้

ส่วนรุ่นที่ผมนำมาทำบทความคือ Acronis.True.Image.Enterprise.Server.v8.0.921 ครับ

ตอนที่ 1 การ Install

เมื่อ Download เสร็จให้เรียกไฟล์ Setup ขึ้นมาให้คลิกปุ่มที่ 1 (ดูรูปเหมือนหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์)

คลิก Next (ซึ่งโปรแกรมก็ตั้งใจอยากให้เป็นเช่นนั้นอยู่แล้วครับ)

ให้เลือก I accept this agreement แล้วคลิก Next

ในปุ่ม Browse... ให้เลือกตำแหน่งที่ต้องการจะติดตั้ง แต่ถ้าพอใจแล้วก็กด Next

คลิก Proceed

คลิก Close (ซึ่งมันก็ไม่มีปุ่มอื่นให้คลิกอยู่แล้ว)

เมื่อกลับมาหน้าแรกของการติดตั้ง คลิกที่ รูปที่ 2 (ดูเหมือนรูปจอคอมพิวเตอร์กับโลกนะ)

คลิก Next (คือสิ่งเดียวที่ทำได้)

ให้เลือก I accept this agreement แล้วคลิก Next

ในปุ่ม Browse... ให้เลือกตำแหน่งที่ต้องการจะติดตั้ง แต่ถ้าพอใจแล้วก็กด Next

กรอกลงไปเลยครับแล้วแต่พอใจ แต่ในช่อง Enter the Password : กับ Confirm the Password : ต้องเหมือนกันครับ

คลิก Close

ในหน้าแรกของไฟล์ติดตั้งให้คลิกรูปที่ 3 (ดูเหมือนรูป HDD กับ CD และ Floopy Disk )

คลิก Next

ให้เลือก I accept this agreement แล้วคลิก Next

ให้เลือก Typical แต่ท่านลงโปรแกรมมันแล้วก็เลือกให้อื่นก็ได้ครับ

คลิกที่ Next

คลิก Close เพื่อจากการติดตั้งครับ

เมื่อติดตั้งเสร็จโปรแกรมก็จะขึ้นมาพ้อง ให้ Restart ครับ

เมื่อ Restart เสร็จ ก็ให้ไปที่ Start > All Program > Control Pannel > Regional and Language Options เพื่อแก้ไขให้โปรแกรมแสดงภาษาอังกฤษ (หลายท่านในที่นี้เคยประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการแสดงผลของโปรแกรม แต่ด้วยวิธีนี้ก็จะสามารถทำให้โปรแกรมแสดงผลได้อย่างไม่มีปัญหาครับ )

ในแท็บ Regional Options
ในหัวข้อตัวสีน้ำเงิน Standards and Formats ให้เลือกเป็น English (United States) แล้วคลิกที่ OK

เมื่อทำเสร็จทุกขั้นตอนแล้วให้เรียกโปรแกรมขึ้นมาจะเห็นว่าโปรแกรมสวยหน้าใช้ถูกใจใช่เลย !

ตอนที่ 2 แผ่น Boot

ตอนที่ 2 ว่าด้วยเรื่องการทำแผ่น Boot ครับ เพื่อเครื่องมีปัญหาเข้า Windows ไม่ได้ก็จะได้ใช้เจ้าแผ่นนี้นีแหละครับ Restore

เมื่อเรียกโปรแกรมคลิกมาให้ดูในหัวข้อ Tools > Create Bootable Rescue Media

คลิก Next

ให้เลือกสื่อที่ต้องการทำแผ่น Boot ผมขอเลือก CD-RW ดีกว่าครับเพราะถ้าใช้ แผ่น Floppy Dik ฟุ่มเฟื่อยหน้าดู

ใส่แผ่น CD-R (ต้องเป็นแผ่นวางนะครับ) เข้าไปใน CD-RoM เสร็จแล้วคลิก Proceed

รอสักครู่โปรแกรมกำลังทำแผ่น Boot ให้เราอยู่

เมื่อพบกับหน้าต่างนี้ก็ให้คลิก Ok เป็นอันเสร็จพิธีครับ

ตอนที่ 3 การ Backup

ตอนที่ 3 ว่าด้วยเรื่องของการ Backup เมื่อพร้อมแล้วก็เริ่มโปรแกรมขึ้นมาเลยครับ

ในด้านซ้ายของโปรแกรมจะมีคำว่า Create Image นี้แหละครับคือที่ทำ Backup ของเรา

ในตัวอย่างผมต้องการที่จะทำ Backup ของ DisK D: ซึ่งเป็นระบบปฏิบัติการของ Windows XP เพราะของผมเป็น 2 Windows และได้ Backup Disk c: ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows ME ไปแล้ว ดังนั้นส่วนมากผู้คนมักใช้แค่ Windows เดียวและด้วยปกติระบบปฏิบัติก็ต้องอยู่ใน Disk C: ครับ

เมื่อเลือกแล้วให้คลิกที่ Next ครับ

เลือกที่ตั้งของไฟล์ที่ต้องการ Backup แต่อยากไปเลยที่ Disk ที่ Backup สะเอย ดังตัวอย่างผม Backup Disk D: ดังนั้นไฟล์ที่ตั้งต้องไม่ใช้ Disk D: อยากแน่นอนครับ

ให้เลือก Create the Full backup image archive ซึ่งเป็นการเลือกที่ตรงจุดประสงค์ที่สุดแล้วครับ

ในหน้าต่างนี้จะมี 2 หัวข้อ
- Automatic คือ ถ้าต้องการเก็บไฟล์ Backup ไว้ที่ HDD ก็เลือกตัวเลือกนี้
- Fixed size. Please, Specify The Size : คือ ถ้าต้องการกำหนดขนาดเองเพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ Backup ไว้ไปยังสื่อบันทึกข้อมูลอื่นก็ให้เลือกตัวเลือกนี้ครับ > Next

ให้เลือกเป็น Maximum เพื่อให้ไฟล์ Backup มีขนาดเล็กที่สุด > Next

ถ้าต้องการใส่เพื่อป้องกันคนอื่นนำไปใช้ก็กำหนดลงไปได้ครับ ถ้าไม่มีก็ปล่อยว่างเฉยๆ > Next

ถ้าต้องการใส่รายละเอียดของไฟล์ของไฟล์ Backup ก็ใ่ส่ได้ตามภาพผมใส่แค่ วัน/เดือน/ปี แต่ไม่ต้องการใส่รายละเอียด ก็ปล่อยว่างเฉยๆ เช่นเคย > Next

โปรแกรมก็จะสรุปผลข้อมูลของไฟล์ Backup นี้มาให้ดูถ้าไม่พอใจให้กลับไปทำใหม่ได้ครับ แต่ถ้าพอใจแล้วก็ไปต่อ คลิกที่ Proceed

คงต้องรอหน่อยนะครับ ยิ่งลงโปรแกรมไว้ในเครื่องเยอะยิ่งนานนนนนน...

เมื่อมาถึงหน้าจอนี้ก็ OK เป็นอันเสร็จพิธีกรรมในตอน 3

ตอนที่ 4 การ Restore

เจอกันอีกแล้วนะครับในตอนที่ 4 ตอนนี้มีชื่อว่า "การ Restore" สมมุติว่าเครื่องผมมีปัญหาเข้า Windows ไม่ได้ ได้โชคดีได้ทำแผ่น Boot ของโปรแกร Acronis True Image Enterprise Server ไว้และได้ Backup ไว้แล้วดังนั้นตอนนี้จะ Restore ผ่านแผ่น Boot กันครับ

เมื่อเปิดเครื่องขึ้นมาให้ใส่แผ่น Boot แล้วเข้าไปที่ Bios โดยกด Delete ลองสำรวจดูว่ามีแท็บกว่ากับการ Boot หรือเปล่า ถ้าเจอแล้วก็ให้ CDROM มาอยู่ที่ 1 ST Boot Device ตามภาพครับ เมื่อกำหนดเสร็จให้ กด F10 Save and Exit

เมื่อ Restart เสร็จเครื่องก็จะ Boot จาก CD ตามภาพให้รอสักครู่ครับ

ให้เลือกหัวข้อแรก Acronis True lmage (Full Version)

รอแป๊บ

ให้เลือกที่ตั้งของไฟล์ Backup ซึ่งในตัวอย่างผมเอาไว้ใน Disk c: เพราะ ผม Backup Disk D: > Next

ให้เลือก No ครับไม่ต้องทำการทดสอบใดๆ เพราะไฟล์นี้คงไม่มีปัญหาอยู่แล้วเำพราะ Backup มากับมือ > Next

ให้คลิกเครื่องหมายถูกแล้วไปต่อครับ > Next

** หัวข้อนี้อันตรายนะครับต้องดูดีดี ตามตััวอย่างผม Restore ไปยัง Disk D: เำพราะ Windows XP เข้าไม่ได้ แต่ไม่มั่นใจกลับไปดูอันที่ผ่านมาแล้วดูว่าชื่อของ Disk ที่ต้องการ Restore มันคืออะไร > Next

ต้องขออภัยที่จับภาพมาไม่ได้ ที่จับภาพมามันผิดครับดังนั้นให้เลือกรูปแบบตามนี้นะครับ ผิดเฉพาะรูปนี้นะครับ

** อันนี้อันตรายอันดับที่สอง รูปแบบของ Partition

Partition ที่ผมต้องการ Restore นั้นเป็นแบบ Primary เพราะมี 2 Windows นี้คือรูปแบบของ Partition ของผมครับเป็น 2 Windows

Disk C (Windows ME): Active *Primary
Disk D (Windows XP): Primary
Disk E (Date) : Logical

แต่ถ้า Windows เดียวก็จะเป็น
Disk C (OS) : Active *Primary
DisK D (Date) : Logical

ดังนั้นผู้ที่ใช้ 2 Windows ให้เลือกตามตัวอย่าง แต่ผู้ใช้ 1 Windows ให้เลือกเป็น Active ถ้าตรวจสอบดูจนแน่ใจแล้วก็ไปต่อได้เลยครับ > Next

เลือกชนิดของ FAT แน่นอนครับให้เลือกเป็น FAT 32 > Next

ในห้อข้อนี้เราสามารถขยายหรือย่อส่วนของ Partition ได้ครับ แต่ผมไม่ขอยุ่งดีกว่า > Next

เลือกเป็น No, I Do not ครับ > Next

โปรแกรมก็จะสรุปผลออกมาถ้าไม่มีอะไรผิดพลาดก็ให้ > Proceed เพื่อเริ่มทำการ Restore
ถ้าต้องการจะแก้ไขอะไรก็กลับไปก็ไขได้ที่ < Back

โปรแกรมกำลัง Restore รอสักครู่ใหญ่ๆ

เสร็จแล้วก็ OK เรียบร้อยโรงเรียนจีน อิอิอิ ...

ตอนที่ 5 Other Tool

ตอนนี้คือตอนสุดท้ายแต่ไม่ท้ายสุดสำหรับสำหรับผม ตอนนี้คือตอนที่ 5 "Other Tool" เครื่องมืออื่นๆสำหรับอำนวยความสะดวก สามารถใช้ไปถูบ้าน กวาดบ้าน ล้างจาน ซักผ้าได้ 555...

เมื่อเราต้องการข้อมูลต่างๆ ในไฟล์ Backup แต่ไม่รู้จะทำยังไงผมมีวิธีครับและต้องพึ่ง Tool ตัวนี้ Explore Image

เมื่อเข้าโปรแกรมมาแล้วเลือก Explore Image

ก็คลิก Next

เลือกไฟล์ที่ทำ Backup ไว้ครับ

ให้คลิกเครื่องหมายถูก และในหัว Drive Letter for the selected partition แล้วแต่จะเลือกตามความพอใจ
เสร็จแล้ว > Next

คลิก Proceed

รอสักครู่

Ok เสร็จ ครับ

เข้าไป My Computer ก็จะเห็น DisK อันใหม่ที่ซึ่งเราสามารถ Copy ข้อมูลจาก Disk Image นี้ได้ แต่จะเพิ่มข้อมูลเข้าไปในนั้นไม่ได้นะครับ

ถ้าต้องการจะเอา Disk Image ออกก็ให้เข้าไปในโปรแกรมแล้วเลือก Unplug Image

ก็จะจอหน้าต่าง Welcome to the ... ไม่ต้องสนใจ หน้าที่ของเราคือ Next อยากเดียวครับ

ให้เลือก Disk Image ที่ต้องการเอาออก > Next

คลิก Proceed

คลิก K.O.

หายไปเลย

Tool ต่อไปชื่อ "Check Image" เอาตรวจสอบไฟล์ Backup ว่ามีอะไรผิดพลาดหรือไม่

เลือก Next

เลือกไปยังตำแหน่งไฟล์ Backup ครับ

คลิก Proceed

รอแล้วรออีก

OK...
